Vicki F. Wagner, PA, REALTOR ABR, CIAS, CLHMS, CRS, GRI Vicki is a Broker-Salesperson and has been in the real estate business for over 40 years. She has a B.A. in Psychology and a M.Ed. in Educational Psychology. During her career she has worked as a Branch Manager, a District Sales Manager and, recently her entire team, The Muscatell Wagner Team, joined The Delgado Home Team. Both teams have been named “Top Real Estate Teams” in Florida. Vicki is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and a Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS) - all designations based on her sales record and expertise in real estate transactions. Vicki is an excellent negotiator and very familiar with financing alternatives. Vicki enjoys listing and selling all price ranges. She is very experienced in the Luxury Home market as well. In 2012, Vicki sold the highest price home that sold in Hillsborough County for $5.2 million on Davis Islands.  Real estate is Vicki’s passion. She uses her knowledge and experience as a middle school math teacher, her research ability, and her love of people when working with her real estate clients...especially those who are both concerned and interested in the schools their children will be attending. In addition, she has earned her CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designation.  Kathy has worked for years in the REO/foreclosure business and received her CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert).  She also has a CIAS designation (Certified Investor Agent Specialist). All designations are based on her sales record and expertise in real estate transactions.
