Tammy did a great job of narrowing the appropriate choices. She then previewed properties and showed them to my daughter. Between the two of them, they located a property that seemed to meet all our criteria. Tammy met with Kathryn and me on a Sunday afternoon to determine whether we should actually submit an offer.
